TradeQuarry

Privacy Policy

Last updated 11 August 2026

TradeQuarry provides membership and scheduling software to home-services contractors. This policy covers the TradeQuarry website, the contractor admin portal, and the member apps — including apps published under a contractor's own name.

Who holds your information. If you are a homeowner using a member app, your relationship is with your contractor. They decide what to collect and how long to keep it; TradeQuarry stores and processes it on their behalf. To correct or delete your details, contact your contractor first — they can action it immediately.

What we collect

InformationWhy
Name and email addressTo identify your membership and sign you in
Phone number and service addressSo the contractor can reach you and attend the visit
Your plan, visit history and reward pointsTo run the membership itself
Sign-in records (time, IP address)Security — detecting and rate-limiting abuse

What we do not do

Signing in

There are no passwords. You enter your email address and we send a one-time link that expires in 15 minutes and works once. We deliberately return the same response whether or not an address is registered, so nobody can use the sign-in form to discover whether you are a customer of a given business.

Who else is involved

Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Your contractor may also use other software of their own choosing; that is covered by their policy, not this one.

How long we keep it

Membership records are kept while your membership is active and for as long as your contractor needs them afterwards for their own records and tax obligations. Sign-in tokens are deleted once used or expired. Security logs are kept for 90 days.

Your choices

Ask your contractor first, since they hold the relationship and can act immediately. If you cannot reach them, email [email protected] and we will help.

Children

TradeQuarry is a tool for home-services businesses and their customers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Each contractor's data is isolated at the database level rather than by application code, so one business cannot read another's. Sign-in tokens and session identifiers are stored hashed, never in readable form.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify contractors. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated policy.
